Cara Menyiapkan Pelaporan Iklan Facebook
Sebelum Mulai
Pastikan akun Facebook dan Ads Manager sudah terhubung dengan SunnyDay.
Gunakan UTM parameters di iklan agar pelacakan bisa bekerja di tingkat contact.
1. Tandai Campaign/Ad/Ad-set dengan Nama Unik
Gunakan nama unik pada setiap level (campaign, ad-set, ad) untuk memastikan data attribution tercatat secara benar.
Contoh benar:
Campaign: Promo Spring
Ad-set: Promo Spring – Audience A
Ad: Promo Spring – Video A

2. Tambahkan UTM Parameter di Ads Manager
Masuk ke Ads Manager → pilih campaign → tab Manage Ads → Ads → Edit.
Scroll ke bagian Tracking → klik Build a URL parameter.


Isi parameter seperti ini:
utm_source = fb_ad
utm_medium = {{adset.name}}
utm_campaign = {{campaign.name}}
utm_content = {{ad.name}}
Tambahkan parameter campaign_id = {{campaign.id}}.
Klik Apply, lalu tunggu iklan disetujui agar tracking aktif.

3. Pelaporan dan Attribution
Data UTM akan tercatat di level contact di SunnyDay:
utm_campaign, utm_medium, utm_content, campaign_id, fbclid, gclid, referrer.
Attribution awal hanya tercatat bila kontak masuk lewat: form, survey, kalender, Facebook Lead Form, two-step form, chat widget, atau click-to-call.
4. Troubleshooting (Masalah Umum)
Q1: Kenapa saat preview iklan saya di Facebook, UTM tidak muncul?
Facebook tidak menampilkan UTM parameters saat kamu melihat iklan dalam mode preview. Ini normal.
Q2: Kenapa data first attribution tidak muncul?
Data first attribution hanya akan terekam jika kontak masuk dari:
Form submission
Survey submission
Kalender
Facebook Lead Form
Two-step order form
Chat widget
Inbound call via click-to-call (bukan yang langsung menelepon nomor)
Q3: Saya mengubah nama campaign/ad/ad-set dan laporan jadi kacau?
Nama campaign, ad-set, dan ad harus unik dan tidak berubah selama masa aktif. Kalau diubah, buat campaign/ad-set/ad baru. Jika tidak, data akan tetap merujuk ke nama awal di CRM.
Q4: Saya belum punya Facebook Business Account atau Ads Manager?
Kamu perlu membuat Facebook Business Manager dan Ad Account agar bisa mengelola kampanye iklan. Lihat panduan resmi Facebook untuk membuatnya.
Q5: Apakah iklan Facebook Lead-gen tetap perlu UTM?
Ya, sangat disarankan tetap menggunakan UTM untuk pelaporan yang lebih akurat.
Q6: UTM parameter ditaruh di mana?
Tambahkan UTM di bagian tracking, bukan di destination URL, untuk bisa melacak klik secara unik.
Q7: Apa fungsi dropdown “Objectives” di laporan iklan?
Dropdown Objectives di pojok kiri atas laporan digunakan untuk menunjukkan tujuan dari campaign iklan tersebut saat dibuat.
