CARA MENGATUR DAN MEMBAYAR AFFILIATE MENGGUNAKAN PAYPAL AUTO PAYOUTS
Cara Mengatur dan Membayar Affiliate Menggunakan PayPal Auto Payouts di SunnyDay
Panduan ini akan membantu Anda mengonfigurasi PayPal Payouts API di SunnyDay untuk membayar affiliate langsung dari platform. Saat ini, PayPal adalah satu-satunya metode pembayaran yang didukung untuk fitur Auto Payouts.
Persyaratan:
Akun PayPal Bisnis
Fitur Payouts (Auto pembayaran) sudah diaktifkan di akun PayPal Anda
1. Mengonfigurasi PayPal untuk Auto Payouts
Langkah 1: Buka Halaman PayPal Developers
Masuk ke dashboard developer PayPal dengan login di halaman tersebut.
Langkah 2: Aktifkan Fitur Payouts
Periksa di bagian Permissions → Payouts, pastikan ada tanda centang hijau di kolom Live. Jika belum, klik “Enable” atau hubungi PayPal.
Langkah 3: Buat Aplikasi Baru di PayPal
Dalam menu “Apps and Credentials”, pilih tab Live dan klik “Create App”. Beri nama, misalnya "SunnyDay Payouts".
Langkah 4: Dapatkan Client ID dan Secret
Setelah aplikasi dibuat, Salin Client ID dan Secret Key akan dibutuhkan untuk integrasi.
Langkah 5: Integrasikan PayPal dengan SunnyDay
Di SunnyDay, buka Payment Integration, pilih PayPal → klik “Manage”. Masukkan Client ID & Secret dari PayPal (mode Live atau Sandbox sesuai kebutuhan).
2. Menjalankan Auto Payouts di SunnyDay
Langkah 1: Buka Halaman Payouts di Affiliate Manager
Akses dashboard affiliate, lalu buka fitur Payouts.
Langkah 2: Lihat Daftar Approved for Payouts
Pilih tab “Approved for Payouts” untuk daftar affiliate yang siap dibayar.
Langkah 3: Pilih Affiliate untuk Dibayar
Centang affiliate yang ingin dibayar. Anda bisa bayar secara individu atau sekaligus.
Langkah 4: Lakukan Pembayaran
Klik Pay. Review sekali lagi, lalu klik Pay Now. Jika akun PayPal belum terhubung, SunnyDay akan menampilkan error.
Langkah 5: Review dan Confirm
Penting:
Jika rekening PayPal Business Anda belum ditautkan, pesan kesalahan akan meminta Anda untuk menautkan rekening tersebut.
Setelah Payout:
Pembayaran yang berhasil akan muncul di tab Paid
PayPal mungkin menampilkan status “Pending” sementara
Baik admin maupun affiliate akan menerima email konfirmasi
3. Menambahkan Akun PayPal Affiliate
Sebelum transaksi, pastikan affiliate telah menambahkan rekening PayPal mereka. Cara selengkapnya bisa dilihat di panduan “How to add/link Affiliate’s PayPal Account for Payouts.
