Cara Mengelola Affiliate Payouts dan Commissions di Affiliate Manager SunnyDay
Panduan ini menjelaskan bagaimana komisi dicatat dan cara mengelola pembayaran (payouts) dengan efisien di Affiliate Manager.
Poin Penting
Semua komisi dilacak melalui penjualan lewat Stripe. Namun, sistem ini tidak otomatis melacak refund untuk produk satu kali maupun berlangganan.
Jika ada pembatalan langganan, administrator bisa menunda pembayaran 15, 30, atau 60 hari untuk menutup kemungkinan refund.
Komisi bisa berupa one-time atau recurring, tergantung jenis produk.
Jika diskon diterapkan saat checkout, komisi dihitung berdasarkan jumlah setelah diskon .
Istilah Payout Terms
Anda bisa mengatur jeda antara komisi diperoleh dan dibayarkan (misalnya agar sesuai window refund). Opsi yang tersedia:
NET‑7 / NET‑15 / NET‑30 / NET‑45 / NET‑60 / NET‑90.
Pengaturan ini bisa dilakukan di:

Affiliates juga bisa melihat ini di portal mereka.
Cara Gunakan Tab Payouts
Pada layar Payouts, tersedia empat tab:
Pending – Daftar payout bulanan menunggu review. Admin bisa approve atau deny (jika deny, masuk tab Denied).
Approved for Payout – Setelah diapprove, data dapat diekspor, diproses melalui gateway pembayaran, lalu ditandai Paid.
Paid – Menampilkan komisi yang sudah dibayar, tidak bisa diedit.
Denied Payouts – Daftar yang ditolak.

Pembayaran otomatis muncul di tab Pending pada tanggal 1 setiap bulan, dengan kolom "Due date" sesuai terms yang ditetapkan.
Cara Kerja Komisi
Komisi diberikan setiap kali terjadi penjualan lewat link affiliate. Besarannya sesuai aturan campaign yang sedang berjalan.
