Cara Membuat dan Menjadwalkan Laporan di SunnyDay
Langkah 1: Akses Custom Reports
Masuk ke menu Reporting → pilih Custom Reports, lalu klik New Report untuk mulai membuat laporan baru.

Langkah 2: Pilih Awal dari Nol atau Dari Dashboard yang Ada
Anda bisa membuat laporan dari awal (blank) atau mengubah dashboard yang sudah ada menjadi laporan.

Langkah 3: Gunakan Report Builder
Di Report Builder, Anda bisa mengganti nama laporan sesuai kebutuhan agar lebih deskriptif.

Langkah 4: Atur Halaman Cover
Customize halaman depan:

Unggah logo
Atur header setiap halaman
Pilih warna latar halaman
Bisa tetap atau dihapus melalui pengaturan Page Properties.
Langkah 5: Tambahkan Widget, Seksi, dan Tema
Klik ikon + untuk menambahkan widget
Pilih widget yang diinginkan, tambahkan judul, dan susun dalam seksi
Atur tema: pilih tema siap pakai atau buat tema kustom.
Langkah 6: Kelola Halaman
Tambah halaman baru dengan ikon +
Gunakan ikon Page untuk melihat daftar halaman

Seret untuk urutkan ulang dan ganti nama halaman.

Langkah 7: Unduh Laporan
Setelah selesai, klik Download untuk mengunduh PDF laporan .
Langkah 8: Simpan, Kirim, atau Jadwalkan
Klik Save lalu pilih Send atau Schedule untuk mengirim manual atau otomatis.
Langkah 9: Atur Detail Jadwal dan Pengiriman
Frekuensi: harian, mingguan, bulanan, dll.

Rentang Tanggal data laporan
Toggle pengaturan tanggal widget jika ingin mempertahankan rentang khusus per widget
Aktifkan opsi “Compare With” untuk menambahkan tren & perbandingan
Sesuaikan Sender Email, Subject Line, dan alamat Recipients.

Langkah 10: Kirim Email Uji Coba
Sebelum finalisasi, kirim email uji untuk memastikan tampilan laporan.
Langkah 11: Simpan & Jadwalkan
Terakhir, klik Save and Schedule untuk otomatisasi pengiriman laporan.
Catatan penting: Gambar dan iframe akan tampil di pratinjau laporan saat email terkirim, namun tidak disertakan di PDF karena alasan keamanan.
