Laporan Panggilan (Call Reporting)

Cara Akses

Arahkan menu di kiri: ReportingCall Reporting (ada di menu atas).

Apa saja yang ditampilkan?

  1. Overview Laporan Panggilan
    Menyajikan data lengkap semua interaksi panggilan masuk dan keluar antara pelanggan dan tim Anda.

  2. Tab dan Pengaturan Filter

    • Ada dua tab utama: Incoming Calls (panggilan masuk) dan Outgoing Calls (panggilan keluar).

    • Filter bisa diatur berdasarkan semua nomor dalam akun atau nomor tertentu saja.

  3. Widget & Visualisasi Data

    • Donut Chart: Menampilkan proporsi status panggilan masuk (missed, busy, answered).

    • First‑Time Calls Widget: Data panggilan pertama kali masuk, termasuk durasi rata‑rata dan totalnya.

    • Top Call Sources: Indikasi sumber panggilan (misal: Google organic search, paid search), lengkap dengan total panggilan, deals won, dan durasi panggilan.

  4. Tabel Data Historis

    • Menampilkan sejarah panggilan – filterable.

    • Untuk panggilan IVR, pengguna dapat memilih rekaman panggilan yang berbeda lewat dropdown.

  5. Insight Panggilan Keluar

    • Distribusi status panggilan keluar.

    • Top Agents: siapa saja agen yang melakukan panggilan terbanyak dan jumlah prospek unik yang dihubungi.

  6. Kustomisasi & Ekspor

    • Pilih kolom yang diinginkan saat ekspor CSV untuk analisis lebih mendalam.

  7. Multi Call Recording untuk IVR

    • Untuk panggilan IVR, bisa memilih rekaman dari beberapa opsi.
