Memperkenalkan fitur workflow baru: pengguna sekarang akan menerima notifikasi email untuk error, dengan tab khusus "Butuh Peninjauan" untuk mengelolanya dan opsi untuk mengonfigurasi notifikasi serta mengakui error.

Apa yang Baru?

Pengguna kini akan menerima email dan memiliki bagian khusus untuk melihat workflow yang mengandung error.

  • Bagian Pengaturan Workflow Baru: Opsi "Pengaturan Workflow" yang baru tersedia. Mengklik ini akan membawa pengguna ke halaman pengaturan tempat mereka dapat mengonfigurasi notifikasi email.

  • Tab "Butuh Peninjauan": Tab baru di halaman daftar workflow bernama "Butuh Peninjauan" menampilkan semua workflow yang mengandung error.

  • Notifikasi Error Otomatis: Email akan secara otomatis dikirim ke admin sub-akun setiap kali ada error dalam workflow.

  • Pengakuan Error: Tombol baru di log eksekusi memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengakui bahwa mereka telah melihat error.

Bagaimana Cara Menggunakannya?

  • Klik "Pengaturan Workflow" untuk mengatur email penerima notifikasi.

  • Gunakan tab "Butuh Peninjauan" di workflow untuk melihat daftar workflow dengan error.

  • Klik item apa pun untuk masuk ke log eksekusi.

  • Tandai error sebagai sudah dibaca untuk mengakui mereka.

Hal-hal yang Perlu Diperhatikan:

  • Secara default, Notifikasi akan mati.

  • Penerima email dapat ditambahkan atau dihapus sesuai kebutuhan.

  • Pengguna akan menerima email segera ketika error terjadi dalam workflow.

  • Tombol "Tinjau Sekarang" di email akan membawa pengguna ke tab "Butuh Peninjauan".

  • Pengguna hanya akan menerima satu email setiap 24 jam. Email berikutnya akan dikirim jika error baru terdeteksi setelah jendela 24 jam ini.

Bagaimana Cara Menonaktifkan Notifikasi?

Cukup masuk ke pengaturan workflow dan matikan tombolnya. Ini akan menghentikan pengguna menerima email notifikasi error apa pun.
