Action workflow Grant/Revoke Private Channel Access (Memberi/Mencabut Akses Channel Privat) memungkinkan pengelolaan otomatis akses channel privat, meningkatkan interaksi komunitas dan pengalaman pengguna.

Deskripsi Action

  • Action "Beri Akses Channel Privat" digunakan ketika pengguna ingin memberikan akses kepada seorang anggota untuk channel tertentu (channel privat) dalam sebuah grup komunitas. Bersamaan dengan itu, anggota juga akan ditambahkan ke grup komunitas. Otomatisasi ini memastikan pengguna menerima update tepat waktu dan dapat berinteraksi dengan channel—konten dan anggota—yang relevan.

  • Action "Cabut Akses Channel Privat" digunakan ketika pengguna ingin mencabut akses anggota ke channel tertentu (contoh: channel privat) dalam sebuah grup komunitas, namun tetap menjadikan mereka bagian dari grup tersebut.

Cara Mengkonfigurasi

  1. Navigasi ke Workflow Builder (Pembuat Workflow): Akses Workflow Builder di akun SunnyDay Anda.

  2. Buat Workflow Baru:

    • Klik "Buat Workflow."

    • Pilih jenis action yang relevan: "Beri Akses Channel Privat" atau "Cabut Akses Channel Privat."

  3. Konfigurasi Detail Pemicu:

  • Tentukan grup dan kemudian channel privat mana yang ingin Anda berikan/cabut aksesnya. Anda hanya akan melihat opsi untuk channel privat dan kemampuan untuk memilihnya; pastikan Anda memiliki channel privat yang relevan.

  • Jika seorang anggota belum menjadi bagian dari grup, mereka akan ditambahkan ke grup dan kemudian ke channel yang Anda pilih.

  • Tambahkan setiap action lanjutan yang ingin Anda otomatisasi.

  1. Uji Workflow Anda: Pastikan workflow beroperasi sesuai harapan dengan mengujinya di lingkungan yang terkontrol.

  2. Simpan dan Aktifkan: Setelah dikonfirmasi, simpan workflow Anda dan aktifkan untuk digunakan.
